In-Kind Donation
ALMA has an extensive program of events and exhibits. Assistance comes from individual community members or local businesses. Such assistance can take various forms. Frequently, there is a need for special assistance, such as flower arrangements or refreshments for public events, office equipment, or furnishings and props for exhibits at the museum and the library. ALMA has frequently benefited from the generosity of Cass Flowers and Brattle Square Florists, Bon Appetit Caterers and Tohnir Catering, Old Corner Books, Bon Ton Rugs, and many other local businesses.
Every year ALMA produces and prints four issues of the newsletter, and 6 issues of ALMA-Matters - the guide to programs and events at ALMA. The Museum frequently needs assistance in the production and printing of these publications. |

Volunteer at ALMA

Have you considered donating your time and skills? No help is too little! Depending on the person's skills, they can be assigned to different departments. People with an ability to read Armenian and English are invaluable in cataloguing new arrivals at the library. To help the Curators with registration and recording of artifacts in the Museum's collection do not need special skills; merely attention to detail and love of history. A large group of ladies helps the Office to prepare the mailings of quarterly publications and special event announcements. Finally, the Museum is always looking for volunteers with special skills, such as carpentry, rug and textile restoration and conservation, computer data entry, and graphic design.
Please consider joining ALMA's network of volunteers!
Meet ALMA's helping hands.
